- 2 Italian sausages, cassings removed
- 12 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, small, chopped
- 1 12 cups frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- vegetable oil (for deep frying)
Directions

1Cook sausage meat, chop meat and onions

2Drain grease.

3Add peas and tomato paste.

4Add cheese.

5Mix with cooked rice.

6Shape into balls ( I find bigger than a golf ball, smaller than a base ball is about right ).

7Dip in egg.

8Roll in bread crumbs.

9Deep fry till brown 2-3 at a time.

10( 2 minutes ).

11drain on paper towel.
