- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup beans
- 1/3 cup oaxaca cheese
- 1 tablespoon mole paste
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions

1Mash the beans together with a little of their broth and mix together with the rice until it is able to form a ball.

2Place on an oven-safe plate, flattening slightly to form a loaf shape. Sprinkle with cheese and broil until melted.

3Mix the mole paste with the water in a separate small bowl.

4Serve the rice and bean patty along with the mole sauce.
