  • 1 c. long grain white rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, diced and drained
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 stick margarine, chopped into pieces

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in a 1-3/4 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered. Serve hot. Good warmed over, too.
