  • 1 c. unwashed raw rice
  • 1 can onion soup (beef base)
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Directions

    Slightly brown rice in margarine.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
