  • 3/4 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. rice (not instant)
  • 1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 1 can beef broth bouillon soup
  • 1 can French onion soup

Directions

    Saute onion in butter or margarine.

    Add rice and brown.

    Add mushrooms and stir a few minutes.

    Add soups and bring to a boil. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
