- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. rice (not instant)
- 1 small can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 can beef broth bouillon soup
- 1 can French onion soup
Directions

1Saute onion in butter or margarine.

2Add rice and brown.

3Add mushrooms and stir a few minutes.

4Add soups and bring to a boil. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed.
