  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms
  • 4 c. cooked rice
  • 10 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 c. toasted chopped almonds

Directions

    Melt margarine in pan.

    Saute onions.

    Add soup and juice from can of mushrooms.

    Blend together.

    Pour over cooked rice in casserole.

    Add layer of cheese, drained mushrooms and almonds. Bake at 350° until heated through.

    Serves 10.
