- 3 to 4 slices bacon
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- 1 tsp. rice
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Cook rice; cook bacon until crisp and break into crumbs.

2Cook the onion, celery and green pepper in the bacon fat until celery is tender; drain.

3Mix all the ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
