  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 can Cheddar soup
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

    Saute onion and rice in oil until rice is soft.

    Mix in casserole.
