  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 red sweet pepper, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. cumin (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions
