  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. canned black beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
