  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

    Mix rice, onion, oil, vinegar, salt and curry powder.
