  • 2 cut up fryers or pork chops (10 to 12)
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 c. rice, uncooked
  • 2 cans celery soup
  • 4 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese (optional)

Directions

    Mix rice, water, soup, onion mix, salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken or pork chops on mixture.

    Sprinkle cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

    Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes.
