- 1/2 lb. ground chuck (fresh meat)
- 1/2 lb. ground lean pork (fresh meat)
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can onion soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. parsley
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a covered skillet.

2Put lid on skillet and bake at 325° for 70 minutes.

3Do not open during cooking.

4I use a cast-iron chicken frying skillet with lid.
