  • c. of soy lowfat milk
  • sultanas
  • dry apricots
  • coconut
  • strawberries or possibly bananas (if you can afford them)
  • any fruit
  • maple syrup or possibly honey
  • cinnamon

    Place all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly bring just to the boil.

    Cooked rice will absorb some of the soy lowfat milk.

    Slowly cook for about five minites, stirring constantly.

    Be careful not to allow it to scorch, because if it does, it will be ruined!

    Place into bowls and chill till the next morning.
