- c. of soy lowfat milk
- sultanas
- dry apricots
- coconut
- strawberries or possibly bananas (if you can afford them)
- any fruit
- maple syrup or possibly honey
- cinnamon

1Place all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly bring just to the boil.
