- 1 box Rice-A-Roni (your favorite flavor)
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 green pepper (optional)
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1/3 c. water (hot)
Directions

1Brown hamburger, adding diced green pepper and onion.

2Drain off any fat.

3Add Rice-A-Roni and hot water.

4Stir frequently. When it starts to boil, turn down heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

5Add your favorite vegetable on the side and eat.
