- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- cooked rice (about 1/3 c.)
- raisins
- vanilla sauce
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Combine milk, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Place about 1 tablespoon rice and a few plumped raisins in the bottom of each of 8 custard cups.

3Fill with custard.

4Place cups in pan of water and bake about 30 minutes, until a silver knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean.

5Do not overbake. Cool and turn into serving dishes.

6Top with vanilla sauce.
