Rice-Meat Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. Minute rice
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • corn flakes or potato chips topping (optional)

Directions

    Brown and season meat and onion.

    Add 1/2 cup rice, chicken rice soup and can of mushroom soup.

    Mix well and put in baking dish.

    Corn flakes or chips may be crumbled over top or left plain.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
