- 2 servings long grain enriched rice
- 14 cup raisins
Directions

1put rice and raisins with a generous ,2x the normal amount,of water.

2cook until rice is extremely tender and water is soaked up.

3put in blender and blend adding enought water so mixture goes to 5 cup.
-
4blend on low 2 min the on high 3-4 min.
-
5pour into old {and cleaned} jug with lid shake before serving.
