  • 2 servings long grain enriched rice
  • 14 cup raisins

    put rice and raisins with a generous ,2x the normal amount,of water.

    cook until rice is extremely tender and water is soaked up.

    put in blender and blend adding enought water so mixture goes to 5 cup.

    blend on low 2 min the on high 3-4 min.

    pour into old {and cleaned} jug with lid shake before serving.
