- 13 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Simmer rice, onion, and 1/3 cup milk over low heat, covered, until the rice is soft and the milk is absorbed.

2Remove from heat, and add the rest of the milk and the egg.

3Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls into hot greased frying pan.

4Brown lightly on both sides.
