- 1 c. rice
- 2 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. raisins (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Melt butter; stir in rice and cook on high heat until rice is browned.

2Add other ingredients.

3Cook on high for 4 to 6 minutes, then on medium-low heat for 12 to 14 minutes.

4Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
