- 4 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. carrots, grated
- 1 c. cooked garbanzos
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 stick cinnamon
Directions

1In large nonstick frying pan, heat oil.

2Brown garlic and onion.

3Add rice and cinnamon stick; stir.

4Add celery, carrots and garbanzos; keep stirring.

5Add basil, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
