- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. broth
- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1 small bay leaf
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in oleo; add rice and saute for a few more minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Bring to boil.

4Cover and place in 400° oven for 20 minutes (do not stir).

5Remove from oven; take out bay leaf.

6Additional oleo may be added if needed.
