  • 1 (6 oz.) box Near East rice pilaf
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
  • 1 lb. ground meat, venison or ground sausage

Directions

    Brown meat and drain.

    Cook package of pilaf as per box instructions.

    In large casserole dish mix all ingredients and level out in casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
