- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. instant rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet.

2Add rice to melted butter; stir until each grain of rice is coated.

3In a separate pan, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.

4Add parsley and chicken broth to rice. Stir and simmer on low heat with lid on pan.

5When all liquid has been absorbed by the rice, remove from heat and let stand at least 2 minutes.
