- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. chicken bouillon
- oregano
Directions

1Cook rice and onion in butter until golden.

2Add bouillon, cover and cook 20 minutes.

3(Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes as usual for rice.)

4Add 2 tablespoons butter and oregano to taste.
