  • 2 large carrots or 3 small carrots, chopped
  • 1 12 tomatoes
  • 34 cup frozen spinach
  • 2 12 cups rice
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons pepper
