  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 6 c. chicken broth or hot water
  • salt and pepper

    Melt butter; add dry rice.

    Braise well until butter begins to bubble.

    Add broth and seasoning; mix well.

    Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400°.
