- 3/4 c. butter
- 6 to 8 green onions, chopped
- 3 cans beef consomme
- 2 cans water
- 2 c. rice
Directions

1Saute rice in butter in large skillet.

2Add mushrooms and onion.

3Cook until tender; add consomme and water.

4Stir well in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
