- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 (3 or 4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. hot water
Directions

1Saute rice, stirring often in oil until brown in large frying pan.

2Stir in onions.

3Cook 2 minutes longer.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Cover and simmer until rice is tender.
