- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. vermicelli (broken into small pieces)
- 1 c. long grain white rice
- 2 cans Campbell's chicken broth
- parsley
- salt
Directions

1Brown the vermicelli in the margarine.

2Add the rice and the chicken broth.

3Crumble in some parsley flakes.

4Salt heavily, cover, bring to boil.

5Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.

6Stir before serving.

7(May need to add a little water, as it is simmering, if liquid cooks out.)
