- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 c. long grain rice (Minute rice)
- 1 c. real fine noodles (raw)
Directions

1Brown the ingredients and use lots of salt and pepper.

2Boil 2 cups of chicken broth, add to the ingredients, cover and cook, over medium heat, for 15 minutes and do not peek.

3After 15 minutes, look and cook 5 minutes more.

4Mix well.

5Serve with the chicken and broccoli.
