- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- favorite pizza ingredients
- 2 c. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. jar pizza sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large bowl, combine rice, salt, egg and 1 cup cheese.

3Press over bottom of 12-inch pizza pan, making outer edge slightly higher.

4Top with pizza sauce and favorite pizza ingredients.

5Bake 25 minutes.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
