  • 3/4 c. rice (raw)
  • 1 qt. milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook the first 3 ingredients slowly in double boiler until tender. Beat together the remaining ingredients and add to cooked rice.

    Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

    Keeps well in refrigerator.
