- 3/4 c. cooked white rice
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. whole milk
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon, in a large bowl until blended.

3Pour into an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.

4Bake for 35 minutes.
