- 2 c. water
- 2/3 c. rice
- 1 qt. milk
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- raisins (optional)
Directions

1Cook water and rice until done.

2Drain.

3Add milk and butter; cook 1 hour at 350°.

4(Add raisins.)

5Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla.

6Stir into rice; cook 15 more minutes.

7Let cool.
