- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 qt. milk
- 3 to 4 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
- 1 c. raisins
Directions

1Cook rice for seven minutes.

2Add margarine and milk.

3Cook slow for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

4Add remaining ingredients and stir until thickened.

5Pour into dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
