- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
- 1/2 c. instant rice
- cinnamon or nutmeg (for sprinkling)

1In a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant (microwave-safe) casserole, combine all ingredients.

2Heat, uncovered, on High in microwave oven for 8 minutes or until the mixture boils.

3Stir mixture occasionally during last 3 minutes of cooking time.

4Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.

5Serve either hot or chilled.
