  • 1 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 stick butter (approximately)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Cook rice; add sugar, egg yolks and vanilla, then add butter and cream until soupy.

    Pour into Corning Ware skillet.

    Beat egg whites, then add vanilla and slowly add 1/2 cup sugar.

    Pour on top of pudding mixture and cook at 350° until egg whites are golden brown.
