  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

    Bake at 350 degrees about one hour or until mixture is firm.
