  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook rice.

    Remove from stove and add margarine, mixing well, then add sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla.

    Pour in a large casserole dish and cook in oven at 375° for 30 minutes.
