  • 1 c. rice
  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Put all ingredients into a 2 1/2-quart pan. Cook over very low flame. Stir often. Cook until almost all milk is gone.

    When almost cool, beat 1 egg and mix in well.
