- 1/2 c. uncooked rice, washed
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. seedless raisins
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Put rice, salt and water into a heavy saucepan.

2Cover and cook over medium heat until rice is tender (15 or 20 minutes). Stir in milk and raisins.

3Add beaten eggs into rice mixture. Return to low heat.

4Cook while stirring constantly, until mixture coats the spoon.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in vanilla and nutmeg. Serve hot or cold.
