- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. raisins
- 2/3 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine sugar, cornstarch and nutmeg.

2Add eggs, beating until well mixed.

3Add milk, raisins, rice and vanilla; stir well.

4Pour into 8-inch square baking pan.

5Place this in a 13 x 9-inch pan that has enough water to make 1 inch deep.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Great for leftover rice.
