- 2 c. milk
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Scald milk with cinnamon, remove cinnamon and add butter and sugar; stirring well.

2Add slowly to beaten eggs, mix well.

3Add rice and raisins.

4Turn into buttered baking dish and bake in slow oven (300°) for 45 minutes or until brown.

5Yields 6 portions.
