Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Scald milk with cinnamon, remove cinnamon and add butter and sugar; stirring well.

    Add slowly to beaten eggs, mix well.

    Add rice and raisins.

    Turn into buttered baking dish and bake in slow oven (300°) for 45 minutes or until brown.

    Yields 6 portions.
