  • 3 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. rice
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook first 4 ingredients in top of double boiler until rice is done.

    Beat eggs until fluffy; add vanilla.

    Melt oleo in baking pan; let brown and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Pour rice in milk egg mixture and pour into square baking pan.

    Pour about 1/4 cup white Karo over all.

    Bake at 350° until knife comes out clean; cut in square and serve warm.
