- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten slightly
- 1 c. sugar or 1/2 c.
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- raisins (handful)
Directions

1To the cooked rice, add all ingredients to one pot and let come to a boil.

2Keep stirring all the time.

3After it comes to a boil, shut off burner and remove from heat.

4Add raisins.

5Pudding will seem thin.

6Don't worry, it will thicken upon standing. Cool for 1/2 hour.
