- 5 Tbsp. rice
- 1 qt. milk
- salt
- butter (size of walnut)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2/3 c. sugar
- vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Cook rice, milk and salt in double boiler 3/4 hour.

2Add butter before removing from stove.

3Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla.

4Sprinkle nutmeg over top.

5Grease baking dish and set in pan of water.

6Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
