- 1/2 c. sugar or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 c. fully cooked rice
- 2 c. whole milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- flour or cornstarch (to thicken)
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly and add flour, sugar, nutmeg and salt. Stir in rice, milk and vanilla.

2Cook slowly in heavy pot until thickened.

3May serve warm or cold.
