  • 6 eggs
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Directions

    Beat eggs until foamy, slowly add sugar.

    Stir in salt, vanilla and milk.

    Add raisins and rice.

    Pour into buttered 4-quart baking dish and place in pan of hot water.

    Bake at 375° until knife poked in middle comes out clean.

    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
