- 1 cup rice, cooked
- 1 12 cups milk or 1 12 cups non-dairy milk substitute
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup raisins (optional)
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions

1Boil rice and milk gently, slowly add eggs, sugar and vanilla.

2Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

3Add raisins.

4Sprinkle with spices.

5Place into larger pan containing 1/2 inch water.

6Bake 35 40 minutes at 350 or until knife inserted near the edge comes out clean.
